Late autumn sun by the sea

This time of year, up here in the North, the sun is up for just a couple of hours per day. In the north of Sweden it is even worse, a period in the winter the sun don’t rise over the horizon at all.

So every time there is sunshine, is a day to celebrate. The light is also very beautiful, with the low standing sun.

It was almost storm, yes, it is the same occasion as in this post, but the storm is not to be seen when you use a pinhole camera with slow film.

I think it reflects the serenity my soul feel when standing there in the middle of the storm, just happy over Mother Nature.

Wanna share this with you.

Enjoy, and have a wonderful weekend!

  1. Thank you for sharing these, Marie – that’s special light! I love the sense of depth, also, especially in the three-dimensionality of the stones in both photographs. And finding serenity through photography … a wonderful thing!
